About this website

Single Mind LLC ("Single Mind") is a marketing agency for home-improvement companies. It sets up and runs Meta ads, booking and follow-up systems, and AI tools in the client's own accounts, under the client's name. This website gives general information about that service. It is not a proposal, and it does not promise that a particular service, result, price or schedule is available to every business.

SMS program

Program name: Single Mind Appointments and Updates.

If you opt in on the booking form at singlemind.ai/book, Single Mind may send you text messages of these types:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders for a call you booked.
• Responses to your inquiries.
• Only if you give separate consent, occasional messages about Single Mind's services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact yey@singlemind.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can book a call without it.

You must be 18 or older to join the Single Mind text program.

Single Mind handles phone numbers and opt-in information as described in the privacy policy.

No client relationship from contact

Visiting the website, booking or holding a strategy call, or sending an email does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Do not send confidential or sensitive business records until Single Mind has agreed in writing to receive them securely.

Client engagements

Paid work begins only under a written agreement. That agreement controls the actual scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, any guarantee, timeline, responsibilities, ownership, confidentiality, data handling, cancellation and termination terms. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to Meta. If an agreement conflicts with these website terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

No promised outcome

Results depend on the client's market, ad spend, offer, pricing, sales reps and follow-up. Single Mind does not promise jobs sold, revenue, close rates, a cost per inquiry or any other business result through this website. Any guarantee applies only as written in a signed agreement.

Website content and permitted use

The text, design and other original website content are owned by Single Mind LLC or used with permission. You may view and share links to the public pages for lawful informational use. You may not copy, republish, misrepresent, interfere with, probe or misuse the website or its content.

Availability and third-party services

The website may be changed, interrupted or unavailable. Links or hosted services supplied by another provider, such as the booking calendar, are governed by that provider's terms and privacy notice. Single Mind is not responsible for third-party sites it does not control.

Services are not offered where prohibited by United States sanctions, export-control rules or other applicable law.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means the new terms apply to that use, but they do not rewrite an existing signed client agreement.
