Client engagements
Paid work begins only under a written agreement. That agreement controls the actual scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timeline, responsibilities, ownership, confidentiality, data handling, cancellation, and termination terms for the engagement. If an agreement conflicts with these website terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.
No promised outcome
Business analysis, software, automation, and AI-assisted work depend on the information, systems, people, market conditions, and decisions involved. Single Mind does not promise a particular revenue, savings, operational, or other business result through this website.
Website content and permitted use
The text, design, diagrams, and other original website content are owned by Single Mind LLC or used with permission. You may view and share links to the public pages for lawful informational use. You may not copy, republish, misrepresent, interfere with, probe, or misuse the website or its content.
