Who we are

Single Mind LLC ("Single Mind") is a marketing agency for home-improvement companies. For its clients, Single Mind runs Meta ads in the client's own ad account and sets up follow-up, booking and weekly reporting systems in the client's own accounts, under the client's name.

Information you choose to provide

When you book a strategy call on singlemind.ai/book, Single Mind collects your name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the booking questions, such as your company name, trade and service area. This information is used to schedule the call, send confirmations and reminders, prepare for the conversation, and follow up with you about it.

If you email Single Mind, the company receives what you include, such as your name, email address, business name and the content of your message. The website has no account registration, advertising tracker or newsletter signup.

Text messages (SMS)

The booking form has two optional checkboxes. One lets you receive text messages about your appointment, such as confirmations and reminders, and replies to your questions. The other, separately, lets you receive occasional text messages about Single Mind's services. Neither is required to book a call or to buy anything. Message frequency varies. When you opt in, Single Mind records your phone number and the date, time and source of your consent, and uses them only to send the messages you agreed to and to honor opt-out requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Technical information

The website host and security provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request headers, timestamps, requested pages and security events. The booking calendar is provided by Single Mind's scheduling provider, which may process similar technical information to run the calendar. Single Mind does not use this information to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and tracking

Single Mind's own pages do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools. The booking calendar and the website's security provider may set cookies that are needed to run the calendar and protect the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the booking calendar may not work without them.

Client information

If you become a client, Single Mind may receive access to your ad account, your GoHighLevel workspace, and the reports your office shares. That information belongs to your company and is used only to run, secure, support and report on your marketing, or to meet legal obligations. Single Mind does not sell or share it with any other company.

How information is used and shared

Single Mind uses information to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold calls, deliver client work, operate and secure the business, keep necessary records, and comply with law.

Single Mind shares information only with service providers that help run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling and text messaging, storage, security and payment processing, and only so they can perform that work for Single Mind. Single Mind does not sell or rent personal information, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and text consent are handled only as described in the Text messages section.

Payment information

Single Mind does not collect or store full card numbers or online-banking credentials on this website. When online payment is offered, payment details are entered on a secure payment page provided by the payment processor, not on this website. Single Mind may receive transaction records and limited payment details needed for billing, support, accounting and dispute handling.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, a written agreement, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security or law. Single Mind uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be promised to be completely secure.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may also ask what personal information Single Mind holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where the information is not needed for an active agreement, legal obligation, security purpose or dispute. Send the request to yey@singlemind.ai. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
