If you email Single Mind, the company receives the information you include, such as your name, email address, business name, and the content of your message. The website does not currently use an account-registration form, advertising tracker, or newsletter signup.

The website host and security provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request headers, timestamps, requested pages, and security events. Single Mind does not use this information to build advertising profiles.
Client engagement information
If you become a client, Single Mind may receive business records, documents, system exports, communications, access details, and other information covered by the written agreement. That information is used only to evaluate, perform, secure, support, and document the agreed work, or to meet legal obligations.
How information is used and shared
Single Mind uses information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver work, operate and secure the business, keep necessary records, and comply with law. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, storage, security, professional advice, or payment processing, but only for the work they perform.
Single Mind does not sell personal information.
Payment information
Single Mind does not collect or store full card numbers or online-banking credentials on this website. When online invoice payment is offered, payment details are entered on a secure payment page provided by the payment processor, not on this website. Single Mind may receive transaction records and limited payment details needed for billing, support, accounting, and dispute handling.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described above, the written agreement, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or law. Single Mind uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be promised to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information Single Mind holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where the information is not needed for an active agreement, legal obligation, security purpose, or dispute.
